The German Experimental Film of the 1990's will be held from March. 18. 1999 through March 21, 1999. Thirty one pure German experimental films in five programs will be screened. This compilation of five programs has been compiled with the aim of presenting a realistic and representative overview of the most recent history of experimental film in Germany. Along with film screening, Jochen Coldewey, critic and programmer of this event will give lectures about 'Tradition & Tendencies of German Experimental Film' at 5:00 p.m. in March 18 and Mar 20. The programs are as follows: Program 1: The Wall, the New Era, the Revolution Program 2: Material, Structure, Form, Animation Program 3: Feeling & Severity Program 4: Discoveries & Reflections Program 5: 'Wounds, Wonders & Visions
